Effective January 1, 2011, the Real Property Law is amended. The statutory amendments permit real estate licensees to obtain informed, advance consent to dual agency relationships and require agents to provide agency disclosure statements to parties involved in cooperative apartment and condominium unit transactions.

Rossi Living LLC acts as the Buyer's Agent or the Tenant's Agent when showing other Company's exclusive listings or open listings.
