The founder has been Associate Broker for a top
brokerage Company in New York.
Having an international background and contacts in
different Countries we specialize working with
worldwide customers.
When we work with sellers we present them the great
advantage of distributing the listing to our network
of international buyers and investors and we can
offer exposure on international media. This could be
a great advantage in the current scenario.
We are different, small and flexible and we select
to represent only a few prestigious properties. We
plan the advertising campaign with the client's
joint effort. The Company invests directly in
advertising, not the single agent with his/her small
advertising budget. Since we are independent we can
simply do, or decide to do, what other Companies
cannot.
