Our Private Listing Service usually deals with particular transactions: for example the transfer of the shares of a domestic legal entity, that could offer several advantages to the seller and to some particular buyers (capital gain, tax exchange, transfer of losses with a trade). The service is available only for properties that are not listed with an exclusive broker and we don't advertise any of these properties.
